Seed Sales

Seed West provides high quality Native Seed for Horticultural and Industry. Seed can be provided fresh to order or from existing harvested species. Seed Collection

Seed West will collect fresh seed to order. Seed West will harvest seed for your revegetation or restoration project . We will willingly visit your site to assess -‘species diversity’ - to estimate likely seed yield.- and to suggest a reliable seed mix to suit your outcome and budget.

Seed Cleaning

We offer seed cleaning services. Our modern seed cleaning facilities and machinery can extract and clean most seed to pure or clean , ready for seeding or horticultural uses.

Vegetation Surveys

We are able to conduct Vegetation Surveys and determine Species Diversity, free of any charge , as part of an assessment for your upcoming project. We can estimate likely yields for seed harvesting and suggest reliable seed species to target in season.

Horticultural Advice

Contact Seed West for any advice on the correct use of species for your project. This includes suggestions on reliable species to use in direct seeding and for growing in horticulture. We have extensive knowledge on species habit and location.

We can advise on germination , habitat suitability and soil type, growth expectation , form, size and colour . We can also suggest the correct species ‘form’ suitable for your habitat.
